A bit about us: We’re a thoughtful, open-minded, and flexible family of three! We’re two first-time Dads who enjoy time outdoors, sailing, music, and good books. We both work full-time—mostly outside of the home—with occasional work-from-home days on Mondays and Fridays. We are organized and communicative, and appreciate caregivers who bring the same professionalism and kindness into our home.
Our 6-month-old baby is a great little dude; he’s content and happy. He loves to look at bright objects, and he’s very curious about the world around him. He loves outdoor time, trees, singing, and talking (babbling).
A bit about you: You are a proactive, experienced, and attentive nanny who specializes in infant care and enjoys tracking developmental milestones. You love engaging with babies through music, language, books, nature, and floor time. You’re patient and organized; you know how to balance structure and flexibility. You’re confident with solo care and are excited to be a consistent, trusted presence in our child’s early years. You’re LGBTQ+ friendly, happy to share your knowledge and advice with first-time parents, and passport-ready for occasional family travel.
Job Duties: All infant care, including feeding (preparing bottles and baby food/transitioning to solids), diapering, dressing, nap routines, supporting motor and language development through lots of verbal interaction, play, music, reading, outdoor exploration, ensuring safety, communicating daily updates, driving as needed, sanitizing bottles and baby items, baby laundry, keeping baby’s spaces tidy, and occasional travel with family.
