Our kids are energetic, curious, and love to learn and play. We enjoy spending time together as a family, whether that’s getting outside, hiking, cooking, or having game nights.

Our 3-year-old twin daughters are both very active, love games, and going to the park. They are in an important stage of their development where they are testing boundaries and learning to understand good habits, boundaries, and big feelings. The eldest twin loves playing and positive encouragement. Our younger twin is social and adventurous; she likes jumping everywhere. She will definitely want to have a conversation with you!

Our almost 9-year-old daughter is precocious, sweet, and soft-spoken. She likes school and has a lot of friends. She enjoys softball, hip-hop dance, and Math!

A bit about you:
You are a loving, high-energy, and dependable nanny who excels at caring for toddlers and understands setting healthy boundaries. You enjoy engaging with children of different ages and can balance structure with fun. You are present and ensure safety when active toddlers are on your watch. You are proactive, organized, communicative, and comfortable supporting a busy household. You enjoy a position that is a mix of childcare and household support. You are flexible, patient, open to feedback, and truly enjoy being an important part of the family.


Job Duties:
Household support, school pick-ups and driving children to extracurricular activities and appointments, care for preschool-aged twins during afternoons and school-aged child after school, plan engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings, prepare meals for children and assist with family meal prep, family laundry, tidying, and general household organization, loading/unloading the dishwasher, taking out the trash, support children’s routines (homework, hygiene, bedtime routines) and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment.

Qualifications: Previous full-time nanny experience, experience caring for multiple children, a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (driving screen is required for placement), comfortable driving children in your personal vehicle (with car seats provided), intermediate cooking skills, legal authorization to work in the U.S., CPR-certified (pediatric) or willing to obtain, and willing to work when children have mild illnesses.



Set yourself apart (Nice-to-have):
You have experience caring for twins, strong communication, and adaptability, advanced cooking skills or willingness to learn family recipes, willing to run errands such as grocery shopping and picking up dry cleaning, etc. and/or previous Household Management or Household Assistant experience


Schedule: Monday-Friday (11a-7p)
                  Starting ASAP!
                  * Flexible to work 9a-7p on days when school is closed or children are home sick.

How to Apply:

Providing stimulating and safe caregiving is an active role. For your and a child’s safety, can you:
Safely lift 35lbs?
Easily get up and down from the floor repeatedly throughout the day?
React quickly to protect a child from a fall?*
Are you able to provide at least two references, that are of no family relation, to speak to your childcare experience? This can be a previous boss, coworker, neighbor, or teacher. We will need two that are childcare-related.*
Please note that shift start and end times vary based on the family’s needs and are generally fixed once established. Part-time positions are typically 15-34 hours per week, while full-time positions are typically 35-45 hours per week.
