Our 6-month-old son is an easy-going, happy baby. He likes to be held. The only time he is really vocal is when he’s hungry or needs a diaper change.


A bit about you:
You are warm, patient, punctual, and passionate about working with infants. You have a calm, steady presence and are confident in soothing and caring for a newborn. You are trustworthy, have clear communication, and enjoy building strong relationships with families.

Job Duties:
Full care for an infant, including feeding, soothing, changing diapers/hygiene, tracking naps, and engaging in age-appropriate activities (e.g., tummy time), ensuring safety and transparent communication, preparing bottles and cleaning feeding items (e.g., bottles, pump parts), baby laundry (baby clothes and bedding), light cleanup related to the child, and occasional errands as needed.

Qualifications: 3–5+ years of infant care experience, infant CPR certified (or willing to get) valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, fluent in English, punctual, and comfortable working in a home where parents are present.


Set yourself apart (a nice-to-have): You have a degree in Child Development, a college degree, and/or pride yourself on your newborn soothing skills!

Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
                   Start date: ASAP!

Pay: $25-$30 an hour

Do you have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle? Are you comfortable with driving children in your own vehicle?*
We prioritize local assignments to keep your commutes short. However, are you willing to travel up to 40 minutes to reach an assignment when needed?*
What is your comfort level working in client homes with domestic pets?*
Providing stimulating and safe caregiving is an active role. For your and a child’s safety, can you:
Safely lift 35lbs?
Easily get up and down from the floor repeatedly throughout the day?
React quickly to protect a child from a fall?*
Are you able to provide at least two references, that are of no family relation, to speak to your childcare experience? This can be a previous boss, coworker, neighbor, or teacher. We will need two that are childcare-related.*
Please note that shift start and end times vary based on the family’s needs and are generally fixed once established. Part-time positions are typically 15-34 hours per week, while full-time positions are typically 35-45 hours per week.
