Our ideal nanny fosters a warm and encouraging atmosphere, particularly as we support our eldest daughter through her ADHD journey. We need someone who is active and outdoorsy, capable of keeping up with our children's energy levels during outdoor adventures. Safety is paramount, especially with a park nearby, so we seek a caregiver who is safety-oriented and vigilant. Creativity is valued in our household, so we hope to find a nanny who shares our enthusiasm for crafting and engaging with our extensive collection of books, board games, and crafts. Additionally, we prefer limited screen time and seek a caregiver who can uphold this preference while ensuring our children's needs are met.

Qualifications: 2 years of prior nannying experience, glowing references from recent nanny positions, safety-oriented, patient, reliable, and engaging.

Pay: $28-35 an hour

- Supervising indoor and outdoor play, including crafts, walks to the park, and engaging with household toys.
- Preparing simple meals for lunch and assisting the children during meal times.
