We are a friendly, down-to-earth family who enjoys spending time together, cooking, going on stroller walks, and working on home projects (there’s always a home project)! We have 1 small/medium supermutt named Smooch who is sweet! We value open communication, kindness, and a collaborative approach to caregiving. We’re pretty flexible and open to our nanny creating the routine or making recommendations. We are looking for someone who will become a trusted and consistent presence in our baby’s early development.

Our 4-month-old baby girl loves being held and talked to! She is a good eater, likes tummy time, and is engaged when we read books to her. She’s a very happy baby!


A bit about you:
You are warm, patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy working with infants. You understand developmental milestones and are excited to support growth through reading, engagement, and play. You communicate clearly, follow guidance well, are comfortable sharing your expertise and working independently. You are comfortable working in a home where parents often work from home. You have calm, positive energy!


Job Duties:
Provide attentive, loving care for an infant, bottle preparation and sanitizing, diaper changes, soothing, holding, follow and help establish daily routines, engage in age-appropriate developmental activities, read, talk, and interact consistently with the child, support tummy time and developmental play, outdoor time, light tidying related to the child (nursery organization, bottles, etc.), and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications: 1 year minimum of recent infant experience, 4 years of childcare experience overall, strong understanding of infant care and development, infant CPR certified (or willing to obtain), reliable personal vehicle (for commuting to/from work), comfortable working in a home with a friendly dog, and Trustline registered (or willing to get with agency assistance).


Set yourself apart: It would amazing (but not required) if you are bilingual (Spanish/English or Vietnamese/English), have a strong understanding of infant cues and soothing techniques, and/or a background in Early Childhood Development.


Schedule: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday: (8a-3p)
                   Other shift options: 9a–4p, or 10a–5p
                   *Family can be flexible on the 3 weekdays if needed, and also needs a little scheduling
                     flexibility.
                    Starts May 25th!


Pay: $25-$30 an hour
