We're a fun-loving family of four, Mom, Dad and 13 and 11 year old boys, who enjoy adventure, baseball, and quality time together! While we're not originally from Minnesota, we've made it our home and love taking cool international trips as a family. We're big baseball fans, cheering on the Twins, Saints, and attending kids' games whenever we can. Food is a big part of our lives, and while we tend to stick to our favorite restaurants due to our oldest's celiac needs, we also love baking together at home.
Our family thrives on balance—we work hard but always make time for laughter, games, and just hanging out. Whether it's playing board games, relaxing at home, or finding new ways to have fun, we cherish our time together. And of course, our two affectionate cats make sure they’re always part of the action!

You are outgoing, proactive, and love to be in the middle of the action rather than just watching from the sidelines! You bring a firm but kind approach, knowing how to set boundaries while keeping things fun—especially when the boys try to convince you that screen time and candy lunches are the norm! You excel at engaging the kids, getting their buy-in, and coming prepared with activities and ideas. Rather than asking them what they want to do each day, you take the lead with a plan—creating a summer bucket list and making sure every adventure gets checked off. Since the boys have different interests, you make the most of one-on-one time by diving into their favorite activities with them.
Most importantly, you are safety-focused and always mindful of their well-being while ensuring they have an unforgettable summer!
Job Duties:
While each day may vary based on camps and activities, the general routine will follow a consistent structure. The nanny will arrive at 8 AM, and at least one of the boys may still be sleeping. Mornings tend to be relaxed, starting with breakfast and getting ready for the day, possibly followed by a camp drop-off. By 10 AM, the focus shifts to an engaging activity—planned in advance by the nanny—before a potential camp pick-up and lunchtime at home. Afternoons include another activity or time dedicated to completing summer work and chores. The day winds down around 3:30 PM, preparing for the parents' return home.
