Full Time Nanny

Compensation + Benefits:

• Monthly guaranteed wage of $19 per hour for 40 hours per week. Weekly overtime above 40 hours will be paid at 1.5 hourly rate, or approximately $28.50 per hour.
• When worked, the following holidays will be paid at 1.5 hourly rate.

• Paid training + professional development
• Accrue Paid Sick Time immediately; accrue up to 10 days annual Paid Time Off after 90 days
• Eligible for matching Student Loan Reimbursement or Retirement Savings plan
• You are guaranteed pay for 40 hours per week, regardless of how many assignments you are given. If you work more than 40 hours, overtime pay will be added to your bi-weekly check.

About you:

• You will be able to provide 3 references, at least 2 from childcare work (paid or unpaid)
• You have at least 1 year experience with children ages 6 months – 12+ years
• You have relatable childcare experience and the desire to work one-on-one with children in their home, putting safety and engagement above all else
• You have a reliable vehicle
• You’re already CPR certified or able to be so
• You are available  Monday - Friday for 6 - 10 hour shifts between 7am and 7pm
