We are an energetic and close-knit family of five—Mom, Dad, and our three boys, ages 5, 3, and 4 months. We cherish spending time together and love outdoor activities like having bonfires, attending fall festivals, and going on exciting weekend adventures. Both parents are physicians with demanding careers, so we’re looking for a home manager/nanny who can help us keep our household running smoothly while aligning with our family-centered values and principles. We’re excited to welcome someone who will become a key part of our daily lives!

You are flexible, reliable, and a natural leader who can take charge and keep things running smoothly. With a strong work ethic, you’re able to manage tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. We're seeking someone who can be an extension of Mom—ready to jump in and seamlessly collaborate on daily responsibilities. You’re fun, engaging, and outgoing, just like us! With at least 2+ years of nanny experience, you're also up to date on all vaccines, including TDAP, and seasonal COVID and flu. Ideally, you’re looking to stay with us and stay for years to come as our family continues to grow. There ay be some occasional travel, and if you are available, we would love to have an extra set of hands for some of our trips!
Job Duties:
This role combines home management and nannying responsibilities. In addition to childcare, duties will include cooking, cleaning, laundry, running errands, and general household organization. You'll start each day ready to assist wherever needed, whether it’s helping the kids get ready, preparing breakfast, or starting a load of laundry. No two days will be the same, so flexibility and the ability to pivot are key! Driving will be required, but we provide a vehicle for you to use for errands and transportation.
Position Highlights: Guaranteed 24-40 hours a week, Competitive pay, Bonus, PTO, and vacation time
Qualifications: 2 years experience in nannying and ideally home management, flexible, reliable, up to date on vaccinations.
Set yourself apart: Have a college degree in Early Childhood Education
Schedule: Starting ASAP, Wednesdays to Fridays from 6 am until 6 pm, with the addition of half days Tuesdays and one weekend a month. Looking for someone long-term who can grow with us.
