A bit about us: We are an easy-going, active family in Bellevue with baby twin girls. Dad works from home full-time, and mom works a hybrid schedule, home two days a week. We love spending time outdoors, exploring parks, going on stroller walks, and enjoying coffee shops, music, and travel. Our babies are almost 8 months old and are curious and very talkative little personalities. They were born 2 months early, but are happy & healthy. Our home also includes a friendly dog and cat, who adore the babies. We’re looking for a collaborative partner to support the care and development of our twins, including sleep training, feeding, and learning milestones. 

A bit about you: You are an experienced caregiver with infant and twin/multiples experience who can maintain consistent schedules and routines. You are warm, engaging, and excited to make each day fun while helping our family learn and grow. You are comfortable working in a household with parents present, flexible with occasional extra hours for travel or date nights, and love being around pets. 

Job Duties: Provide full-time in-home care for infant twins girls: Bottle/formula feeding approximately every 2–3 hours. Beginning introduction to solids. Supporting developmental milestones (tummy time, sitting practice, play-based interaction). Age-appropriate play, reading, and engagement. Maintaining nap routines and a calm sleep environment. Light baby-related housekeeping (washing bottles, tidying play areas, baby laundry as needed)

Qualifications: Multiple years of experience infant, toddler, and ideally twin experience. Comfort with sleep training, schedule management, and early childhood development. Experience preparing infant/toddler meals and managing baby-related household tasks. Warm, engaging, collaborative demeanor.  Glowing references from recent nanny positions. 

Set yourself apart: Prior experience with multiples or nanny share settings. Creative approach to infant development and play. Willingness to contribute ideas for routines, milestones, and learning activities. Enjoy outdoor activities and fostering a fun, engaging environment for babies. 

Schedule: M-F 8:00 am – 4:00 pm 

Pay: $32-40

Working Conditions and Requirements: 

• Work environment will be active, kid-centric and includes clean up of activities 

• Part of each day may be spent outside, weather permitting, and will be active play 

• Essential Physical Requirements: 

• Position involves regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching and pushing 

• Must be able to lift 35 pounds safely 

• Must be able to get up from and down to the floor numerous times throughout the day 

• Will need to be able to react quickly to certain situations 

• May need to react to emergent situations in a calm, effective and safe manner
