Summary:
A bit about us: We're a lively and loving family of four, which includes mom, my two active and amazing sons aged 3 and 6, and our wonderful grandma. My mother, who lives with us, is a great help, but as the kids grow and their activities increase, we need someone full-time to help maintain a sense of balance. I travel for work once a month for a week, so we’re looking for someone reliable who can manage things when I’m away. We also have two friendly and chill cats named Uno and Dos. We're a household that values kindness, consistency, and creativity.
My boys are full of energy and joy, each with unique developmental challenges, including ADHD, for which they are receiving support. They are kind, playful, and have a lot of energy. They thrive with structure and creative play, and our days are packed with adventure, from school activities to playtime. We’d love to find a compassionate, experienced, organized, long-term nanny/household manager who can help bring balance to our busy lives.
A bit about you: You are an experienced and energetic nanny/household manager who loves working with children—especially active boys aged 3-10. You're able to provide structure while encouraging fun and play. You have strong organizational skills and can manage the various tasks that come with caring for children and running a busy household. Ideally, you're a cat lover who’s comfortable with changing kitty litter, and you don’t mind helping out with some household chores and errands. We’re hoping to find someone who can stay with us long-term (5+ years) and become an integral part of our family.
Job Duties:
Location: Sammamish, WA, 98074
Position Highlights: Loving and supportive family environment. Guaranteed hours. Long-term outlook (ideally 5+ years). Willing to discuss additional benefits for the right fit candidate!
Qualifications: Multiple years of experience working with young children (ages 3-10). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Safe driving record, comfortable with school pick-ups and drop-offs. Comfortable handling household management tasks. ABA training, paraeducator, or experience working with children with developmental challenges, including ADHD, is highly valued. COVID-vaccinated. Glowing references from recent nanny positions.

Schedule: Full-time role, Monday-Friday 10 AM – 6 PM (with some flexibility for evenings/weekends).
Pay: $35-40 an hour

- Pick up and drop off the kids at school and after-school activities.
- Engage the kids in activities, organize playtime, help with homework, find fun local events to go to (such as pumpkin patches), and provide a structured, positive environment.
- Household tasks, such as cleaning the kids’ rooms, laundry, dishes, and kitty litter.
- Run errands like grocery shopping, package handling, and household support tasks.
- Kids' meal prep and some light cooking.
- Handle house management tasks as needed: scheduling appointments, coordinating with vendors, and house-sitting when I travel.
- Occasional advanced notice for later nights or weekend help (Saturdays).
