A bit about us:

We’re a warm, respectful, and fun-loving family of four: Mom, Dad, and two playful girls, ages 7 and 5. We value open communication and collaboration with our nanny and believe in being on the same page when it comes to routines and caregiving. Our home is a joyful and supportive environment where we’re thoughtful of our nanny’s time and responsibilities. From boating on the lake and beach days to hosting dinners and making up songs and dances, we love spending time together with friends and family. If you're looking for a family that treats you with kindness and truly welcomes you as part of the team, we’d love to meet you!

A bit about you:

In a nanny we’re looking for someone who is safe, responsible, and genuinely caring, someone who brings warmth, energy, and creativity into each day with our kids. We value a nanny who is present and engaged, not distracted by phones, and who enjoys planning fun, age-appropriate activities to keep the days active and enriching. Our current nanny has set a high standard with her proactive approach, organization, and thoughtful care, and we’re hoping to find someone who brings that same dedication and enthusiasm to the role.
Previous nanny experience and household management are required, along with First Aid and CPR certification, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and strong organizational and multitasking skills. We're also looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and most importantly, a caring and nurturing personality that helps our children feel safe, supported, and loved.
In addition to a strong childcare background, you have 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, project coordinator, or client-facing administrative role, ideally in consulting, events, or a professional services environment. You bring proven mastery in calendar triage, travel booking, and vendor coordination, and are comfortable navigating tools like Google Workspace, Outlook, CRMs, QuickBooks Online, Substack, and Squarespace or WordPress.
You’re tech-savvy and resourceful, often the first to find ways to automate or streamline repetitive tasks, and you communicate clearly, whether drafting a client-facing email or fine-tuning a piece of written content. Above all, you approach every interaction with high discretion, professionalism, and a client-service mindset, understanding that you may often be the first impression.
Job Duties:

This position is a blend of approximately 50% executive assistant responsibilities and 50% nanny duties. The day typically begins around 9:30 a.m. with a check-in with Mom to align on priorities. Morning and early afternoon tasks include assisting with travel planning and logistics, client scheduling, CRM updates and administrative support, preparing contracts and invoices, and contributing to marketing efforts.
Around 1:30 p.m., the focus shifts to household and childcare support. During this time, responsibilities include light tidying, laundry, meal prep, and occasional errands. At 3:15 p.m., you’ll pick the children up from school. Afternoons may involve transporting one child to an activity or spending time at home enjoying snacks, free play, or outdoor activities.
We’re seeking someone who can help keep the household and professional life running smoothly, while also fostering a warm, safe, and engaging environment for the children after school. A reliable vehicle is required for school pickups and local driving, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Position Highlights: Guaranteed hours, competitive pay, centrally located near lakes and parks
Qualifications: Previous nanny experience, first aid and CPR certified, valid driver’s license and clean driving record, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, caring and nurturing personality. Previous work as an executive assistant, strong written communication, tech-savvy and resourceful, high discretion.
Set yourself apart: Play the piano or love for gymnastics, both things the girls are into! Familiarity with logistics, and basic design skills in Canva or Adobe.
Schedule:  Starting in September, Monday to Friday from 9:30-5:30 pm, going for at least a year but preferred someone who can stay with us.
