Both children have ADHD, and our eldest is also on the autism spectrum. They are fun-loving, active kids who enjoy snowboarding, video games, music, and bouncing on the trampoline. The position involves a structured after-school routine, including household tasks, meal prep, and driving to tutoring sessions. We have a warm and cooperative co-parenting dynamic, with homes just minutes apart. Our ideal nanny will become a stable presence in our boys' lives and engage them with a balance of fun and structure.

You understand the unique dynamics of a co-parenting household and bring empathy and warmth to children navigating different home environments. Perhaps you grew up in a divorced family yourself or have experience supporting children in shared custody situations. You’re adaptable, communicative, and sensitive to the needs of both parents, ensuring consistency and stability for the child. Our boys respond best to caregivers who are goofy, engaging, and structured while maintaining a calm and understanding approach. We hope that you’re a dog lover who enjoys being around pets too, as both households have two friendly dogs.

Qualifications: Experience working with children with ADHD and ASD preferred. Physically active and energetic to keep up with the kids' activity level. Strong understanding of redirection and positive behavioral support techniques. Organized and proactive with household tasks. Fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Reliable, patient, and able to establish a consistent presence in the children’s lives.
Set yourself apart: Experience in special education, occupational therapy, or behavioral support. Background in physical activities like martial arts, gymnastics, or outdoor play. Creative approaches to engaging children in learning and play. Strong communication skills and ability to navigate a co-parenting dynamic smoothly.
