Family Location: Edina, MN
Summary:
A bit about us:
We’re a busy, creative, and outdoorsy family with three boys ages 15, 13, and 11, who love exploring the world around us. You’ll often find us at parks, hiking trails, or simply enjoying time in nature—collecting rocks, sticks, and other little treasures along the way. Our home is always buzzing with energy and curiosity, from building projects in the garage to art activities, science experiments, and 3D printing adventures. The boys are bright, imaginative, and full of questions, always eager to learn and dive into new projects—whether it's running a lemonade stand or creating something entirely their own. We value hands-on learning, creativity, and fostering a sense of wonder in everyday life.
A bit about you:
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive nanny who can jump right in and become an extension of our family. Someone who is organized, engaging, and full of energy, ready to keep up with curious, active kids and help channel their enthusiasm into meaningful play and learning. A strong self-starter who can confidently manage daily routines while also being creative and fun. Experience with neurodivergent children, particularly ADHD and autism, is important to us. We’re seeking someone who is understanding, patient, and comfortable supporting individual needs while fostering a positive, supportive environment.
Job Duties:
We are open to offering two different roles depending on the nanny’s interests and strengths. Ideally, we would love to find someone who can serve both as a nanny and a home manager/executive assistant. In addition to childcare, this role would include helping to keep the household running smoothly—tasks like grocery shopping, meal planning, scheduling appointments, and assisting with family travel planning. Childcare responsibilities would primarily be on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, with additional care needed on Tuesday afternoons. During the summer, we would need full-day coverage on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Outside of those core hours, we are flexible and open to the nanny setting their own schedule for up to 14 additional hours per week to complete home management tasks.
Position Highlights: Flexibility, great location, longevity, and benefits
Qualifications: Reliable, Organized, Engaging, self-starter with experience with ADHD and Autism.
Set yourself apart: We would love a Manny, or someone who is into projects, adventures, D and D, and Minecraft!
Schedule: Starting as soon as the right fit is identified, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 7:30-9:30 am and Tuesday afternoons from 2:30-5:30 pm. In the summer, it would move to Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:30 am-5:30 pm.
How to Apply: Apply Here; email [email protected] or text "nanny" to 952-260-8906 to start the process!
Pay: Starting at $28/hour
**All applicants must first interview with a Jovie specialist. Qualifying applicants will meet the family prior to being hired.

This family is following these recommended guidelines cautiously and conservatively and expect the caregiver to do the same to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible.
