Our 2-year-old son is friendly and affectionate. He’s a happy toddler with some mild developmental delays. He loves playing with his cars, making music on his drums, and playing in the garden. Our social butterfly is excited to start half-day preschool soon!
A bit about you:
You are an experienced, compassionate, and patient nanny who enjoys working with toddlers. You are engaging and enjoy being hands-on through play, exploration, learning, and snuggles. You have strong communication skills, are down-to-earth, and adaptable. You’re looking for a wonderful family to be a part of long-term.
Job Duties:
After school pick-ups, assisting with therapy (speech, physical, and occupational) as needed, ensuring safety, imaginary play, outdoor time, following nap routine, potty training, walks to the park, and visits to the library, reading, assisting with meals (no meal prep needed), child-related tidying, light household tasks, and children’s laundry
Position Highlights:
Qualifications: 3 years of childcare experience with ages 2-5, a reliable vehicle, a valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and strong references
Set yourself apart:
You have experience working with children with developmental delays (verbal and/or physical).
Schedule: Monday-Friday (1-5/6p)
Starting ASAP!
Pay: $24-$30 an hour
**All applicants must first interview with a Jovie specialist. Qualifying applicants will meet the family prior to being hired.
