We're grounded, education-focused, and love spending time outdoors as a family. We value safety, dependability, experience, and clear communication. We both work from home most days, and Grandma (who speaks Mandarin) is also part of our daily life.
Our 22-month-old daughter is energetic, and she loves to play, sing, and read! She likes riding in cars, listening to songs, and going outside for walks in the stroller.

You're reliable, energetic, and confident with toddlers. You’re looking for a long-term family to partner with, and being a nanny is your professional, long-term career. You bring positive energy and structure, and you thrive in a setting where your input is valued. Toddlers are one of your favorite age groups! You're friendly and skilled at engaging children in developmentally appropriate ways, such as play-based learning.
Job Duties:
All child-related care (such as changing diapers, eventually potty training, feeding, soothing, redirecting, child-related cleaning), maintain daily routine (meals, naps, playtime, reading), support age-appropriate developmental milestones, plan and lead engaging, educational activities and outings, occasional driving for local outings (museums, park, etc.), open communication with parents including providing professional insight/tips.
Position Highlights:
Qualifications: 5 years of professional childcare experience (includes 1-2 years of toddler experience), US citizenship or work visa that is good for 2 years minimum, Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, clean driving record, basic swim ability, CPR certified, willing to sign NDA plus take Driving and Drug screens (if offered position).
Set yourself apart: A background in Montessori, preschool teaching or early childhood education, experience with infant care, and/or fluency in Mandarin would be a major bonus. Also, if you are open to traveling domestically and/or internationally with our family on occasion, that would be another major bonus (not a requirement).
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-6p) or (8a-5p)
Starts late August 2025!
Pay: $30-$37 an hour
